Recognizing the lack of full-body awareness in athletes that he was coaching, Anthony Ligammari beta-tested a strength/speed program and was able to prove that the results were significant to the baseball players that participated in the group. After the athletes' organization agreed the program was a success, he took the program to a larger audience. Once the decision was made to formalize the program and a location was secured, Jean Pineda joined Anthony in the venture.
We decided that Pure Motion Fitness would focus our energy to assist adults trying to stay in shape as well as young athletes taking their game to the next level; everyone is welcome to learn and grow in our state-of-the-art facility. With a full-service gym and turf field, we have everything you need to step up your game.
