Stop at the desk during staffed hours (M-F 10a-6p; by appt on Sat/Sun). It will take just a few minutes for you to sign the required form and reset your GymMaster app. Under 18 requires a parent/guardian's signature.
Yes! You may bring a guest during STAFFED hours. If the guest is a first-time visitor to our gym, they can try us out with a complimentary day pass. You may bring multiple guests at once, but they each need to complete the complimentary day pass signup, which includes required waivers. Under 18 requires a parent/guardian's signature.
From the home page of the GymMaster app, select "Memberships." Click on the word "cancel" which appears in red. Complete the required fields and submit. You should receive confirmation of the cancellation. IMPORTANT: Please be sure you are cancelling the membership and not just the 24/7 access. We do not issue refunds if you cancel 24/7 access but do not cancel the membership itself. We also do not issue refunds if you claim you forgot to cancel weeks or months ago.
Each membership has a unique account. That means that canceling one membership regardless of whether it is the "Master Account" or an "add-on" does NOT automatically cancel any other linked memberships; linked memberships remain active and will continue to be charged the monthly fee until/unless they are canceled individually. Refunds are not issued if you forgot to cancel a linked membership. Please contact us for help if needed.
