ADULT & ATHLETIC TRAINING

ADULT TRAINING (Monday-Friday)

These training sessions are in the morning and are targeted for ages +18yrs of age based on the breakout below. This program is built on using proper form and focusing on targeting certain aspects of the body per day.

5am Future Body Training

1 Hour

These Training Groups are a series of exercises based on a common goal by using a combination of body weight, TRX, Kettlebells, & Free Weights.  You will see results, because this Training Group focuses on getting your form correct vs doing a series of sets incorrectly. When you join this class, you have a new family that will push you to become the best version of yourself.

6am Future Body Training

1 Hour

These Training Groups are a series of exercises based on a common goal by using a combination of body weight, TRX, Kettlebells, & Free Weights.  You will see results because this Training Group focuses on getting your form correct vs doing a series of sets incorrectly. 7am Saturday - Future Body Training

1 Hour

These Training Groups are a series of exercises based on a common goal by using a combination of body weight, TRX, Kettlebells, & Free Weights.  You will see results because this Training Group focuses on getting your form correct vs doing a series of sets incorrectly. When you join this class, you have a new family that will push you to become the best version of yourself.


ATHLETIC TRAINING

These training sessions are in the evening and are targeted for ages 8-18yrs of age based on the breakout below. This program is built on using proper form and 8-12 reps on weight that is in line with the ability of the athlete.

4:30pm Group Speed & Strength Training (16-18yrs old)

1 Hour

This intense training program is Monday-Friday and enhances athleticism for athletes of all ages and sports by focusing on speed, agility, running mechanics, and overall strength.

5:30pm Group Speed & Strength Training (13-15 yrs old)

1 Hour

This intense training program is Monday-Friday and enhances athleticism for athletes of all ages and sports by focusing on speed, agility, running mechanics, and overall strength.

6:30pm Group Speed & Strength Training (8-12yrs old)

1 Hour

This intense training program is Monday-Friday and enhances athleticism for athletes of all ages and sports by focusing on speed, agility, running mechanics, and overall strength.
